Tamper-proof urls and php

This is a place holder until code.google.com bumps up my resources. Until then

• Slides from NYPHP 27-Nov-2007. I'm not too happy with Keynote export options but:
  • HTML
  • PDF
• Source code for secure string
• 'unit test' for above

I hope to get all of this in SVN shortly.
